SCHOLARSHIP
If your parent has been a member-consumer-owner of PALECO for at least one (1) year, you are entitled to apply. Also, they should not have been apprehended of power pilferage and must have no relative to any PALECO regular employees/officers up to the fourth civil degree of affinity or consanguinity.

FULL SCHOLARSHIP
(Final grade of 86% or 2)
- Php 4,000.00 books and miscellaneous allowance per semester supported by receipts;
- Php 3,000.00 monthly allowance
- Two sets of school uniform for the first year 1st semester and one for succeeding semesters
PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP
(Final grade of 83% or 2.25)
- Php 2,500.00 books and miscellaneous allowance per semester supported by receipts;
- Php 1,500.00 monthly allowance
- Two sets of school uniform for the first year 1st semester

APPLICATION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTOR
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate of Candidacy (3 copies, all blanks duly filled-up and duly subscribed and
sworn to before a person authorized to officiate an oath.)
2. Barangay Certification (Certifying among others that the applicant-candidate is a bonafide resident of the place at least two (2) years before the scheduled election).
3. College Official Transcript of Records and/or Diploma.
4. Birth Certificate and Police Clearances.
5. Regular Member/Consumers Certification (Form to be provided by the Cooperative).
6. Annual General Membership Assembly Meeting Attendance Certification (to be provided by the
Cooperative)
7. If government employee, permit signed by the Office Head (stating the Salary Grade) and concurred by the Provincial/Local Government Unit’s Highest Official.
8. Electric Bill Payment & Power Pilferage Clearance (Form to be provided by the Cooperative).
9. Table of Consanguinity and Affinity up to 4th Degree.

Children of active member-consumer-owner of PALECO for the past one (1) year, Parents should not been apprehended of power pilferage and no relative regularly employed at PALECO.

- Upper 10% of the graduating class
- Good moral character
- Only those who are incoming First Year College for School Year 2022-2023 are qualified to avail the PALECO Scholarship Program

- Certification from the Principal that the applicant belongs to the upper 10% of the graduates and that he/she has good moral character

CHANGE ACCOUNT NAME
DOCUMENT FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED/SUBMITTED BY THE APPLICANT ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Death Certificate of deceased owner-consumer;
- Other legal document that confirms relationship of applicant with deceased member (marriage certificate for living spouse; birth certificate for heirs);
- Notarized waiver of rights from living spouse to the heir with other children to sign as witnesses if the spouse wishes to transfer ownership to child;
- Request for change of name form;
- Member-Consumer information sheet
- Notarized waiver of rights and/or deed of sale;
- Request for change of name form;

- Member application form if waivee is new member(should attend pre-membership education seminar).

THE APPLICANT SHOULD ALSO SUBMIT:

APPLICANT PAYS CORRESPONDING FEES TO THE CO-OP CASHIER AS REFLECTED ON THE SUMMARY OF CHARGES FORM (SUBSCRIBED SHARE/ PAID-UP CAPITAL) AND SECURES CLEARANCE FROM THE BILLING SECTION.
