Affected Area: Brooke’s Point to Taytay, Palawan
Weather: Light Rain at Puerto Princesa
Initial assessment: The Total System Blackout (TSB) was caused by cascaded
tripping of power plants due to the activation of Delta P CB13 transformer
differential relay.
