1759H – NPC Irawan confirmed cause of TSB is a broken crossarm along the
69kV Tie Line from Irawan to Paleco Central Substation at Sta. Monica,
Puerto Princesa City.
Remarks: Ongoing preparation for repair of broken crossarm.
