Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO) welcomed its newest batch of scholars during an orientation and ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement held on September 11.

 

A total of 19 scholars attended the orientation out of the 20 applicants who successfully met the qualifications and passed the qualifying examination in accordance with PALECO Policy No. 6-45.

 

Through its scholarship program, PALECO provides financial assistance to qualified beneficiaries to help support their educational needs. Scholars are provided with allowances for books, miscellaneous expenses, and personal needs, as well as uniforms every semester.

 

More than providing financial support, the program reflects PALECO’s continuing commitment to helping its members’ dependents pursue their educational goals and build a brighter future through education.
