PALECO IN ACTION
The Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO), through its Member Services Division under the Institutional Services Department, spearheaded coastal clean-up activities at Talaudyong Beach, Barangay Bacungan, Puerto Princesa City on November 27, and at Tigman Beach, Barangay Tigman, Aborlan on December 2.
The clean-up drives were actively participated in by students of Talaudyong Integrated School, member-consumer-owners (MCOs), and barangay officials of Bacungan. In Barangay Tigman, students of Tigman Elementary School, MCOs, and barangay officials likewise joined the activity, demonstrating strong community support for environmental stewardship.
These initiatives form part of PALECO’s approved Social Development Plan for the year 2025, reaffirming the Cooperative’s commitment to community engagement and environmental conservation.
