HOW TO APPLY?
Submit the following to PALECO Members Services Department in Puerto Princesa City or to PALECO satellite offices in municipalities:
- OFFICE OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL/MUNICIPAL ENGINEER
- Picture of establishment signed by the Office of the Building Official/Municipal Engineer
- Electrical Plan signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer
- Electrical Permit
- Permit for Temporary Service Connection or Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion or Certificate of Occupancy
- BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION
- Fire Safety Clearance or Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
- BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE
- Tax Identification Number
- PALECO
- Application for Membership and Electric Service
- Clearance from the Billing Section Officer
- KWh Meter Installation Agreement
- Sketch of location and details about the establishment/structures
- Certificate of Attendance to the Pre-Membership Education Seminar
- Official receipt of service drop wire (in excess of free 30 meters)
- 2 pcs 1×1 ID pictures
- Valid identification card bearing signature of the applicant
- Notarized affidavit for maintenance of lengthy line (more than 100 meters)

PALECO PRE-MEMBERSHIP EDUCATION SEMINAR (PMES)
This video is for review purposes only. If you want to avail PMES Certificate of Attendance, please visit the nearest PALECO Office for registration.
MEMBERS OBLIGATIONS
1. Pay the membership fee of P100.00;
2. Pay the minimum share capital of P1,200.00 or its paid-up capital (1/4 of its subscribed capital) with the obligation to pay the remaining balance which will be included in the electric bills;
3. To pay the electric bills promptly;
4. To attend the assembly meetings;
5. To comply with the By-laws and Rules and Regulations of the Cooperative;
6. To promote the objectiveness of the Cooperative and the Cooperative movement as a whole.
MEMBERS BENEFITS
1. Free kilowatt-hour meter to residential applicants;
2. Free service drop wire to residential applicants up to 30 meters;
3. Granting Lifeline Rate Discount to residential consumers consuming not more than 35 kilowatt-hour per month;
4. Granting of Discount to deserving senior citizens;
5. Giving scholarship to deserving of poor member-consumers;
6. Giving of Dividend and Patronage Refund should there be net savings for the year.
