Weather: Partly rainy weather with strong winds
CORRECTION:
The Significant Incident Notice received from TransCo indicating a Total
System Blackout (TSB) affecting the Palawan Main Grid (Bataraza to Taytay,
Palawan) has been corrected.
The incident has now been downgraded to a Partial System Blackout (PSB),
affecting only the areas from Puerto Princesa City to Taytay, Palawan.
