Ang lahat ng mga kasapi ng Palawan Electric Cooperative ay iniimbitahan na dumalo sa ating ika-44 na Taunang Pangkalahatang Pagpupulong sa ika-16 ng Mayo. Ito ay sabayang gaganapin sa Edward S. Hagedorn Coliseum sa Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa, Narra Municipal Gymnasium, Brooke’s Point Event Center, Roxas Municipal Gymnasium at Palawan State University – Palawan College of Arts and Trades (PSU-PCAT) Cuyo Campus.

Narito ang agenda para sa nasabing pagpupulong:

1. Declaration of dividend and patronage refund for the net surplus of PALECO for the year 2025;

2. Presentation and Approval of the 2025 Management Social Performance Report;

3. Presentation and Approval of the 2026 Cash Operating Budget (COB);

4. Presentation and Approval of Amendments to PALECO Amended Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws;

5. Approval to Authorize the Interim Board of Directors and the Management of PALECO to Apply for the Renewal of Registration with the National Electrification Administration (NEA);

6. Proclamation and Oath-taking of newly elected Audit and Election Committee members;

7. Oath-taking of newly appointed members of Gender and Development Committee, Mediation and Conciliation Committee, Ethics Committee, and Education and Training Committee;

8. Open forum

Sa araw ng mismong pagpupulong, sa ganap na ika-anim ng umaga (6:00 AM) magsisimula ang registration sa mga venue at ala-una ng hapon (1:00 PM) naman ang pormal na programa.

Kasabay ng registration ay magsasagawa ng halalan para sa mga miyembro ng Election at Audit Committee ng Kooperatiba.

Ang bawat miyembro na dadalo ay bibigyan ng ₱300.00 na insentibo [cash para sa mga dadalo ng in person samantalang dagdag na paid-up share capital o bawas sa bayarin sa kuryente (bill deduction) sa dadalo online]. Gayun pa man, tanging ang mga dadalo ng in person lamang ang magkakaroon ng pagkakataong manalo sa gagawing raffle draw.
