PALECO IN ACTION
The Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO), through the Member Services Division of the Institutional Services Department in partnership with the Area South Operations Department, successfully conducted a livelihood training program on Fish Longganisa Making on November 27 at the MDRRMC Gymnasium in Barangay Punta Baja, Rizal.
A total of 35 residents from the barangay benefited from the activity, which forms part of PALECO’s approved 2025 Social Development Plan aimed at empowering communities through sustainable livelihood opportunities.
The training was facilitated by Ms. Crigela Puyawan from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), who served as the resource speaker and guided the participants throughout the hands-on session.
To further support their livelihood journey, beneficiaries also received starter kits to help them begin small-scale production and apply the skills they acquired.
