The Palawan Electric Cooperative (Paleco) invites its member-consumer-owners to attend and participate in the Public Consultation regarding the ERC Case No. 2023-007 RM,
“In the matter of the Petition for the Adoption of the Proposed Rules for Setting the Electric Cooperatives’ Off-Grid Wheeling Rates (RSEC-OGWR).”
