In its continuing commitment to support the academic aspirations of deserving students, the Palawan Electric Cooperative (Paleco) successfully conducted the qualifying examination for the Paleco College Scholarship Program yesterday, July 15.

 

The exam was simultaneously held at two venues — the Francisco Ponce De Leon Gymnasium located at the Paleco Main Office and the Paleco Cuyo Satellite Office — to accommodate applicants from both the mainland and the islands.

 

The initiative aims to provide educational assistance to promising students from member-consumer-owner (MCO) families, reinforcing Paleco’s advocacy of promoting inclusive development through education.

 

The results of the examination will be released once the checking of papers has been completed.

 

Through this scholarship program, Paleco reaffirms its role not only as a provider of electricity but also as a strong partner in building a brighter future for the youth of Palawan.
