To search your Paid-Up Capital:

1. If you have a Statement of Account, locate your Account Number (see sample image below).

2. In the Search Form, you may enter either:

   • Your Account Number in this format: XX-XXXX-XXXX, or

   • Any part of your name — such as your First Name, Middle Name, or Last Name (if you do not have your statement)

3. Click the Search button to view your results.
