As scheduled, various teams of Paleco linemen conducted preventive maintenance activities today, June 29, in multiple areas of Puerto Princesa City to ensure the continued reliability and quality of electric service for its member-consumer-owners.

 

One team successfully erected electric poles for relocation of those affected by the ongoing road widening along San Pedro National Highway from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Another team conducted the retightening of the Sandiwa sectionalizing switch and the retightening of a cut-out at Balayong Park. Additional work included the retightening of the Ampact and terminal connection of a road bare switch, as well as the replacement of a line side jumper—from bare to copper wire—to further strengthen system stability along Malvar and Roxas St.

 

All affected circuits within the city were fully energized ahead of the 4:00 PM target.

 

Meanwhile, the National Power Corporation (NPC) and Delta P, Inc. (Delta P) also conducted their own scheduled maintenance activities starting yesterday, June 28.

 

These coordinated efforts reflect Paleco’s strong commitment—along with its power family—to provide safe, stable, and efficient electricity for all of Palawan.
