NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO) invites its member-consumer-owners to attend and participate in the Virtual Hearing regarding the ERC Case No. 2024-156 RC, “In the matter for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement between King Energy Generation Inc. (KEGI) and Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO), with prayer for Provisional Authority and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information.”
The virtual hearings will be hosted by PALECO at its Principal Office in Brgy. Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City, and Satellite Office in the Municipality of El Nido, Palawan, on the following dates and platforms:
Any interested stakeholder may submit comments and/or clarifications at least one (1) calendar day prior to the scheduled initial virtual hearing via electronic mail (e-mail) at docket@erc.ph, with a copy furnished to the Legal Services through legal@erc.ph.
Any person who has an interest in the subject matter of the case may become a party by filing a verified Petition to Intervene with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) via email at docket@erc.ph, and copying the Legal Services at legal@erc.ph, at least five (5) calendar days prior to the initial virtual hearing.
