distribution utility sa buong bansa ang muling pangongolekta ng Universal Charge \u2013 Environmental Charge na may halagang Php 0.0025\/kWh at i-remit ito sa Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM).<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Ayon rin sa nasabing advisory, ito ay upang magkaroon ng sapat na pondo para sa epektibong pamamahala at rehabilitasyon ng mga watershed na pinangangalagaan ng National Power Corporation (NPC).<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Bilang pagsunod sa nasabing kautusan, idinagdag ng pamunuan ng Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO) ang nasabing halaga sa effective power rate nito para sa buwan ng Nobyembre.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Matatandaang sinuspende ng ERC ang pangongolekta sa UC-EC noong ika 22 ng Mayo,
