x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Pinahihintulutan na ng Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) ang interim relief o pahintulot ang naging petisyon ng National Power Corporation (NPC) na itaas ang halaga ng sinisingil na Subsidized Approved Generation Rate (SAGR) para sa mga COMMERCIAL at INDUSTRIAL consumer sa mga missionary area tulad ng lalawigan ng Palawan simula November 2025.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Matatandaang noong ika-28 ng Nobyembre 2023, nagpasa ang NPC ng petisyon sa ERC na itaas ang sinisingil sa SAGR na nagkakahalaga lamang ng P7.3900 kada kWh sa mga residential, commercial at industrial connections ng mga missionary area katulad ng lalawigan ng Palawan.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Bilang tugon, agad namang nagpasa ng Petition in Intervention o pagtutol ang Association of Isolated Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AEIC) kung saan kasapi ang PALECO. Dagdag pa rito, nangampanya rin ang pamunuan ng PALECO sa mga member-consumer-owner (MCO) nito at maging sa mga local government unit (LGU) na magpaabot ng kanilang pagtutol sa nasabing petisyon ng NPC.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Nagkaroon ng Expository Presentation noong ika-11 ng Abril 2024 kung saan dumalo ang mga MCO at kawani ng PALECO at mga kinatawan ng AIEC upang ipaabot sa ERC ang ating pagtutol.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Sa kabila nito, binigyan pa rin ng interim relief o pahintulot ang nasabing petisyon ng NPC na itaas ang halaga ng sinisingil na SAGR para sa mga COMMERCIAL at INDUSTRIAL consumer sa lalawigan ng Palawan.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Ayon sa ibinabang kautusan ng ERC na pinagtibay noon ika-23 ng Setyembre, dalawang (2) beses ang magiging pagtaas ng SAGR para sa commercial at industrial connections. Magsisimula ito sa November 2025 (1st tranche) na mula P7.3900 ay magdadagdag ng halagang P0.9282 o magiging P8.3182. Samantala, para sa ikalawang tranche o sa ikalawang taon ng implementasyon, muling madadagdagan ng P0.9282 ang ipapatupad na dagdag at aabot na sa P9.2464 ang sisingiling SAGR para sa mga nasabing uri ng koneksyon. Sa kabuuan, P1.8564 ang halagang maidadagdag sa SAGR na P7.3900.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Mananatiling P7.3900 ang sisingiling generation cost para sa residential, public building facility at streetlight connections ng mga power provider ng Kooperatiba na mayroong regular PSA.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Sa isang pagpupulong na isinagawa noong ika-7 ng Oktubre sa pagitan ng NPC at mga apektadong electric cooperatives, napag-usapang makikipag-usap pa ang NPC sa ERC upang bigyang linaw kung paano ang magiging pagpapatupad sa nasabing desisyon. Hihintayin naman ng PALECO ang ilalabas na panuntunan para rito bago ipatupad ang bagong halaga ng SAGR.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Sa kasalukuyan, nakapagpasa na ang AEIC ng Urgent Motion for Reconsideration (re: Order dated 23 September 2025) with Urgent Motion to Defer Implementation of the Order sa ERC.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Kasama rin sa mga maapektuhan ng ipapatupad na pagtaas ng SAGR ang Mindoro, Marinduque, Busuanga, Catanduanes, Romblon, Tablas, Masbate, Camotes, Siquijor, Bantayan, Basilan, Sulu at Tawi-tawi.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-369722d elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"369722d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
