Scholarship grantees can enroll in any public school, college, or university within Palawan

WHO CAN APPLY?
*Children\/Dependents of active member-consumer-owner (MCO) of Paleco (member for at least 1 year; guardianship is limited to grandparents, uncle\/aunt or brother\/sister of the applicant)
*Parents\/Guardians should not have been apprehended for power pilferage.
*No relatives who are Paleco regular employees\/officers within the 4th civil degree of consanguinity or affinity

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
\u2022Incoming first year college student
\u2022Single and not more than 20 years old
\u2022Average grade of not lower than 85%
\u2022Good moral character

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
\u2022Application form (downloadable at Downloadable Forms \u2013 Palawan Electric Cooperative<\/a>)
\u2022Report card
\u2022Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents\/guardians (not exceeding Php140,000.00) or Indigent Certificate from Barangay
\u2022Certification from the Principal that the applicant has good moral character
\u2022Table of consanguinity (downloadable at Downloadable Forms \u2013 Palawan Electric Cooperative<\/a>)
\u2022PWD ID card (for differently-abled)
\u2022Legal document proving that the applicant is a dependent of the MCO of Paleco (such as, but not limited to, Statement under Oath)

PRIVILEGES:
1. Full Scholars (with final grade of 86% or 2.00)
\u2022 Php 4,0000 books and miscellaneous allowance per semester
\u2022 Php 3,000 monthly allowance
\u2022 Two (2) sets of school uniforms for the first year 1st semester and one (1) for succeeding semesters

2. Partial Scholars (with final grade of 83% or 2.25)
\u2022 Php 2,500.00 books and miscellaneous allowance
\u2022 Php 2,000.00 monthly allowance
\u2022 One (1) set of uniform

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS:
June 27, 2025 (5:00 PM)

QUALIFYING EXAM:
July 15, 2025
